Purchasing our exceptional range of high-quality plants and gardening products has never been easier, whilst our sole focus of providing quality organic products remains the same. Due to the nature of providing an online service, we kindly ask that you review our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

This website is operated by Organic Herbs & Seedlings NZ LTD. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions and ask that you review these frequently.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline our policies, including our; refund policy, shipping policy and our limited responsibility post-sale, including discrepancies arising due to shipping and handling.

Products and services:

We reserve the right to refuse to anyone for any reason, at any time.

Our prices may be subject to change effective immediately without notice.

You understand that although your credit card information remains strictly encrypted, other content may be transferred over various networks unencrypted.

Our online service is operational via the use of ‘Stripe’, a financial infrastructure platform that enables Organic Herbs & Seedlings NZ LTD to accept online payments. Stripe provides robust security measures to protect your sensitive data.

Shipping Information:

Please note that, at this stage, we are only able to ship plants within the North Island of New Zealand. We are working hard to expand our delivery options and hope to offer further shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your support as we grow our services!

To assist in the safe delivery of our live plants and minimize damage and delays all orders will be packaged, dispatched and shipped during the hours of 9am -3pm Monday through to Wednesday excluding public holidays.

This schedule aims to assist in mitigating live plants subject to weekend delays which may result in damage or loss of plant life. Respectively, this means that orders placed later in the week or over the weekend will not be shipped until the following week. Please consider this before placing your order.

Plant Condition at Purchase

At Organic Herbs & Seedlings NZ LTD we take great pride in supplying market leading, organic herbs, seedlings and plant products. Before dispatch from our nursery, each plant is subject to strict quality control inspection is carefully inspected before leaving our nursery to ensure it meets our high standards. Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you unpack immediately and thoroughly inspect the plants for any visible issues. If there are concerns about the condition of the plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a potential exchange or refund.

While we make every effort to provide healthy, thriving plants, Organic Herbs & Seedlings NZ LTD is not responsible for the survival or ongoing health of plants once they leave our care. Factors such as improper care, environmental conditions, pests, or diseases beyond our control may affect your plants after purchase. Due to the nature of online purchasing there is No Guarantee on Plant Survival and therefore we uphold a No returns policy for plant health after purchase.

From the time of successful payment, you take possession and full responsibility of your plants. The responsibility for their care rests with you. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Watering
  • Light Conditions
  • Temperature and Environment
  • Pest and Disease Management

Given the perishable nature of plants, and factors beyond our control once plants leave our nursery Organic Herbs & Seedlings NZ LTD does not accept returns or offer refunds once plants have been purchased. However, we may consider a replacement or store credit. Should you receive visibly damaged, defective or dead plants please contact us immediately with photographic evidence for our consideration.

Customer Care & Assistance:

Due to the nature and unknown factors arising during the shipping period of your purchase, we cannot guarantee plant survival or condition.
